I’m Sam Guo, the founder of Brick in Cube.
We are a group of people started with fixing houses and converting them to rentals. Along the way, we have been the buyer as well as the seller. They say Seattle is a seller’s market, but being a seller wasn’t always fun. We experienced potential fraud buyers, irresponsible agents, irresponsive buyers, failure of closing and spams due to contact info leakage. Why can’t there be a clean way of connecting to the buyer directly?
That’s when we founded Brick in Cube. Our mission is to establish a direct relationship with sellers and design a house selling solution customized for each seller individually. We treat our sellers as our priority customers and help them stay out the pain that we experienced before. Over the year, we’ve provided services for a spectrum of cases:
